By placing an order or reservation with GRIM, you agree to these terms.
Orders and reservations are fulfilled by the venue itself. Item availability, prep time and handover are set by the venue.
Prices are shown in the menu and may change. The final total is shown before you confirm an order.
GRIM is responsible for food quality and service. The Menova platform provides the technical menu only.
Privacy
GRIM processes your data to take orders and reservations through the Menova platform.
Collected: name, phone, table number and order contents. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and not stored by us.
Your data is used only to fulfil your order/reservation and to contact you about it.
Data is kept as long as needed for service and legal requirements. For any request, contact the venue.
